Xango Business Review

The Xango business was founded in September 2002 by six individuals, who include Gary Hollister, Aaron Garrity, Joe Morton, Gordon Morton, Kent Wood, and Bryan Davis. The company is headquartered in Utah. It is a privately owned company that does business in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Portugal, Germany, Malaysia, Spain and various other countries. Robert Conlee is the current CEO and President.

The Products

Initially, the Xango juice was the original core-line product. Xango juice is mangosteen juice. The mangosteen fruit is a unique fruit that grows in south-east Asia and a variety of other tropical locations. It is about the size of the apple and is purplish in color. Apparently, the mangosteen fruit is an effective dietary supplement that tastes good. It also provides a variety of helpful nutrients for the body. This includes vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. It also has beneficial minerals such as fiber, calcium and iron. To the best of my knowledge, Xango is one of only a few companies that market mangosteen juice in the United States.

The Success

When the company launched in 2002, it achieved immediate success. It is one of only a few MLM Companies that positioned itself for long-term growth, while capturing a large, immediate market share. It’s already exceeded one billion in annual sales, which places it among the industry leaders in the multi-level marketing industry. I credit this success to its company leadership, exceptional product line, strategic marketing and independent distributors. Few multi-level marketing companies have ever done what Xango has accomplished.

In recent years, the company has expanded its product line. Their core-line of products now includes mangosteen juice, skin care, personal care, vitamins and weight management products. Some of their signature products include Xango juice, Eleviv, Xango Meal Pack, Glimpse Skin Care and Juni personal care items. The Xango business is one of the fastest growing network marketing companies in the history of the MLM industry. As of December 2010, there are approximately one million Xango distributors world-wide. That’s more distributors than some of the larger MLM Companies that have been around twenty or thirty years longer than Xango. If Xango can maintain this level of growth, it could become the largest and most successful network marketing company in history. It is already competing with large companies like Amway, Avon, Melaleuca and Mary Kay.

The company has received countless awards to include the 2010 Excellence in Community Service, 2009 Best of Show & Video Blog, 2008 CEO of the Year (Utah), 2008 Best Non-Carbonated Beverage Packaging and many other awards. When you visit their company website, you will see a list of their awards. It’s very impressive. Obviously, Xango takes great pride in what they do.

Xango Compensation Plan

The Xango business compensation plan is a uni-level plan that rewards distributors for selling retail products and sponsoring new distributors. Xango distributors get retail profits from sales to their customers. Xango offers nice commissions on up to nine levels deep. It also offers a power-start program for new distributors and bonus pools for top-producing distributors.

You can earn a lot of money with the Xango business if you are good at selling retail products and sponsoring new distributors. Once again, that is your key to success. Xango is by no means a "get rich quick" type of company. You have to work hard and produce results to earn a substantial income. That being said, there is no cap on how much you can earn with the company either.

Xango Achievement Levels

Within the Xango business there are several achievement levels. They include: 1K, 5K, 20K, Premier Select, 100K Premier Select, 200K Premier Select, 500K Premier Select, Quantum Premier Select and X1 Premier Select. These achievement levels are determined by individual personal use and group sales totals. To achieve success, you have to use the products yourself, retail products to customers, and sponsor new Xango distributors. Finally, you have to help your new Xango distributors do the same thing. The more people you can help repeat this process, the more money you will earn.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, I think Xango is a viable business opportunity for anyone looking to get involved in network marketing. They offer everything you look for in a solid MLM business opportunity. They are a proven company with a great reputation. They offer quality products at a reasonable price. They have an effective leadership team, sound financial backing and plenty of resources for new distributors.
