Are you looking for examples of passive income? Are you trying to find out the best way to create a passive income? If so, you’re making a wise decision. I believe that everyone should create a passive income. This will provide many benefits, such as improving your lifestyle, paying off debt, and becoming financially independent.
But what are the best ways to get started? I’ve found that there are many examples of passive income. In fact, there are hundreds of ways to earn a passive income. I think your key to success is to find something you are passionate about and understand.
Listed below, you will see my top 7 examples of passive income. Please know these are just my opinion.
1. Website: A website is a phenomenal way to earn a passive income. Best of all, it’s easy and inexpensive to do. If you put in consistent work for a couple years, you can build up a nice passive income that pays you over and over. You can earn money from Google AdSense, affiliate products, eBooks, and more.
2. Patent: If you are an inventor, you can create products and patent them. You can then license other companies to manufacture your product. You earn royalties each time a product is sold. Or, you could sell your patent.
3. Licensing: Licensing is when you create a product or idea, but let other people manufacture it for you. For example, think of all the Harry Potter Lego toys. Lego licenses the Harry Potter name and pays them a percentage of the sales. In the end, both companies win, because they both make money.
4. eBooks: An eBook is a digital book that is downloaded from the internet. You could turn one of your hobbies, passions, or work experiences into a profitable eBook and sell it online. You could charge $10 to $20 for the eBook, maybe more. Every time a ebook sells, you earn a passive income.
5. Insurance Premiums: You could get a part-time job as an insurance agent. When you sell insurance policies, you get a commission from the sale and a passive income when the person renews their policy each year.
6. Rental Properties: If you enjoy investing in real estate, you can purchase properties and rent them out. If you have a positive cash flow each month, you will have a passive income.
7. Network Marketing: You can partner up with a network marketing company and build a sales organization. You can earn overrides and commissions from your team’s sales. This is a great way to earn passive income.
In summary, these are my 7 favorite examples of passive income. Please know there are many other ways to earn a passive income too. You should know that all opportunities come with risk. In addition, you will have to invest some time, money and energy to create and maintain the income stream. But in my opinion, it’s worth it. Passive income is the best type of income! You create it once and it can pay you for a lifetime.
