Passive Income Opportunity

by Chuck
(MD)

What is the best passive income opportunity available? That’s a tough question. There are so many ways to create a passive income. As I’ve mentioned in other articles on my website, my favorite passive income opportunities include:

• Military Pensions

• Network Marketing

• Websites

• Rental Properties

• eBooks

• Intellectual Property

Obviously, each passive income opportunity has advantages and disadvantages. For instance, real estate investing normally requires a lot of up front capital. Earning a military pension can take 20 years. Network marketing is simple, but it’s not easy to do. Building websites takes some technical knowledge. Whichever method you choose, you will need to invest some money, lots of time, and you will go through a growing process. None of these are get rich quick ventures.

Personally, I use a combination of these methods to build a passive income. I am involved with network marketing, and I also write eBooks, create websites and own intellectual property.
If I was just starting out again, I would focus on websites and eBooks and then add other passive income streams to those businesses. I think it’s a good idea to have multiple streams of passive income. That way, if one stream dries up or goes bust, you aren’t screwed.

In summary, choosing the right passive income opportunity is a personal decision. I recommend you do your homework and research the different opportunities first. Try to find something that you understand and enjoy. If possible, find a mentor who has already achieved success doing what you want to do and learn from them. This will save you time and money in the long run.
