I’ve written and published three eBooks. They produce a great profit every month. An eBook is a book that you type up in Microsoft Word and then convert to PDF. When people buy your book, they get emailed a copy and get to download it. There’s a high profit margin with eBooks.

7. Online Store:

Another option is to create an online store. You could have your own ecommerce website where you sell stuff. You could sell clothes, jewelry, food, or just about anything else.

8. Coaching Services:

If you are already good at something, (setting up blogs for example) you could sell coaching services teaching other people how to do the same thing. This can be a very profitable venture.

9. Ghost Writing:

This is another lucrative opportunity. If you enjoy writing, you can visit popular websites such as elance and write content for website owners. Many website publishers are looking for people to help them get their website going. And they will gladly pay an hourly, or by the project fee, to help them out.

10. Website Design:

If you are good with CSS, HTML and website design, you can help people build websites. This is one of my favorite online business ideas. You can design websites for novice internet marketers and help them get their business started. You can charge by the hour or by the project.

Based on my experience, your level of success will be determined by your ability to market your business and services. You have to spread the word and share your business with others. You can’t just build a website and expect people to find you. The only exception to that is an eBay store. But all other businesses require sufficient marketing prowess.
