My goal is to provide you an unbiased review of the company. Nikken Company OverviewNikken is a manufacturer of magnetic therapy products. They manufacture magnetic products such as insoles, jewelry, support, wraps, massage, sleep systems and skin care products. They also have pet products, fitness products, air filters and water filters. Nikken utilizes the multi-level marketing business model to sell and distribute its products. That means the company manufactures the products and has an independent sales force to sell the products via face-to-face selling. The company opened for business in 1975 in Fukuoka, Japan. It opened for operations in the United States in 1989. Since then, the company has rapidly expanded and currently does business in approximately 38 countries. Some of these countries include Japan, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Russia, and more. Japan is still the company’s largest market. As of 2010, Toshizo Watanabe is the Chairman of the Board. Kurt Fulle is the Chief Executive Officer. Douglas Braun is the President. The company headquarters is located in Irvine, California. Nikken is a publicly traded company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The term Nikken is a combination of two Japanese words, which mean Japan and Health.
Nikken Income OpportunityWhen you join the Nikken business, you have a sponsor. That person brings you into the business, trains you and motivates you. To get started in a Nikken business, your initial investment will range between $49.95 and $500, depending upon which option you choose. You get the option to purchase a starter pack with a large sample of products, but it’s not mandatory. Once you get started, you make money by building a customer base and sponsoring new distributors. The top earners find lots of retail customers. When they do this, they make immediate retail profits, which is the difference between the wholesale and resale price. Nikken distributors can service their customers in person, through catalogs, or can simply refer them to their personal Nikken site. The next way to make money in the Nikken business is to sponsor new distributors. Most new Nikken distributors are taught to make a list of family and friends, and then share the Nikken business opportunity with them. Although this is a great way to get started with Nikken; it’s not the best method. Most top earners use a combination of online and offline recruiting methods to build their Nikken business. You should follow a similar approach. In order to build a profitable Nikken business, you need to share your business with hundreds (or thousands) of people. After all, network marketing is a numbers game. I recommend you start by introducing the product line first. Focus on selling products first, so you can build a customer base and make immediate profits. This will give you belief in the business. Next, upgrade your happy customers into wholesale buyers and distributors. Once you’ve done this, start looking for potential business-builders. You can do this by using online and offline recruiting methods. When you sponsor new distributors, help them build a large customer base and sponsor new distributors. If you can help a few people duplicate your success with their own Nikken business, you will make more money. That takes us to the next way to make money in your own Nikken business. You get paid off your group’s sales volume. Therefore, your goal is to build a large sales organization that generates lots of sales volume. The best way to do this is to sponsor new distributors and help them build their own downline. As your group’s sales volume increases, so does your commission. The final way to make money in the Nikken business is with the leadership bonuses. You can earn a significant income as you progress through the achievement ranks and help others succeed. Nikken offers cash incentives, trips and other prizes as a way of rewarding its top distributors. Nikken ProductsAlthough I’ve never personally used any of Nikken’s products, I’ve heard many great things about them. Some of their signature products include Ciaga™ juice, Kasai™, Seisho™ skin care, Lactoferrin Gold 1.8™, Air Wellness Power5 Pro™, and Elastomag™ Wraps. Most of their product line is wellness or magnetic based. Although there products are exceptional quality, many of the items are “luxury” products, which means the average person probably won’t purchase them; especially in a down economy. Additionally, many of their products are a one-time purchase, which means that you won’t get the re-peat, residual orders. That being said, the products do provide a great value and service. Anyone interested in improving their health would benefit from Nikken’s products. Your key to success is to find customers with enough disposable income to purchase these high-quality products.
Final Review of the Nikken BusinessIn my best opinion, Nikken is a viable business opportunity. Like any other network marketing company, you must build a large customer base and build a large sales organization to really make the big bucks. However, Nikken offers exceptional products at a reasonable price. Additionally, they have a great management team, good reputation, strong financial backing and a proven track record. These are all essential ingredients when looking for a network marketing company. Your key to success is to find a successful sponsor and work your business consistently for two to five years. If you can do that, you will build a significant income with your own Nikken business.
