Neways International is a manufacturing company that sells nutritional, personal care, and household care products through an independent sales force. The company uses the multi-level marketing and direct sales business model to get its products to the end consumer. The company manufactures the products, keeps an inventory, processes orders, ships orders, resolves customer service issues, tracks commissions and pays distributors. On the other hand, the independent distributors sell the products and find new customers and distributors for the company. Neways Company History The company started in 1992. It is headquartered in Springville, Utah. Neways International does business in nearly 30 different countries and has more than 500,000 independent distributors world-wide. The company employs approximately 700 people. Their mission statement is to “enhance the health, wealth and well-being of people around the world.” As of 2011, Scott St. Clair was the company CEO. Neways International is owned by Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco. Neways Product Line All of their products are safety focused. Their first product was 2nd Chance Shampoo and Conditioner. Since then the company has expanded their product line to several hundred products. They strive to manufacture health and wellness products that avoid more than 3,000 different scientifically questionable products used by their competitors. Their signature product is their liquid mineral supplement known as “Maixmol Solutions.” The company has a very good Research and Development Team that consistently develops new products. According to the company’s website, nearly 35% of all distributors have a college degree. Additionally, nearly 75% of all distributors are female. The average distributor age range is 35 to 54 years old. Neways Compensation Plan How do you make money with Neways International? It’s really simple. The first way to earn money is by finding retail customers. You simply share the products with friends, family-members and acquaintances. When they purchase the products from you, you earn a 30 to 50 percent retail profit from each sale. This provides immediate income. You also earn monthly commissions from the products you purchase for personal use and the products you sell to your customers. The second way to earn money with Neways International is to build a sales organization. In essence, you share the business opportunity with others and get them to join the company as an independent distributor. When they join, you earn commissions and overrides off their sales and their group’s sales. The larger your group sales, the more money you make. As you progress through the ranks, you can also earn leadership bonuses, cash incentives, and expense paid trips. How to Achieve Success with a Neways Business What is the key to success? In order to succeed with Neways International, you really need to do two things. You need to build a large customer base. That means you need to find 50 or more personal customers who order products from you every month. This provides retail profits and residual income. It also gives you money to advertise and grow your business. Next, you need to build a large downline. In order to do this, you need to provide world-class customer support to your existing customers. By doing so, many of them will upgrade their membership and become an independent distributor. You can also find new distributors by advertising in the local newspaper or advertising online. Most successful distributors meet prospects in everyday life, too. You should use a mix of these strategies so you can sponsor new distributors every month. Please know that Neways International is by no means a get rich quick type of business. Most of the top distributors spend two to five years working their business on a consistent basis before they earn a six figure income. You can’t expect to sign up, do nothing, and then get rich. No viable (or legal) business works that way. Moreover, you get out what you put in. If you do nothing, you get nothing.
