Multi-Level Marketing Affiliate



Should you be a multi-level marketing affiliate? You bet. In my opinion, working as a multi-level marketing affiliate is more lucrative than building a network marketing business itself. That’s a powerful statement. Although I still believe that anyone could build a profitable MLM business, I think that working as a MLM affiliate is easier and more profitable.

Here’s why I think that. First of all, getting people to get involved in the network marketing industry is tough. Nearly 90% of all the people you approach won’t be interested in joining your business opportunity or buying your products. That means you are leaving a lot of money on the table when you focus solely on building your MLM business or selling your retail products. After all, you spend lots of time, energy and money to find and contact prospects about your business opportunity. You deserve to get compensated fairly. Most people quit our industry because they don’t make money. Period!

If you can show your downline how to build a profitable MLM business, you won’t need to worry about retention rates. Here’s the approach that I use to build my MLM business. It’s also what most of the top earners do.

Top 5 Network Marketing Secrets


I’m about to share with you some secrets that could change your life. These secrets might even upset many of our industry leaders, but oh well. Here they are:

1) Most people have no interest in getting involved with network marketing

2) Your target market is people already involved in the network marketing industry, not opportunity seekers

3) You need multiple streams of income to make the big bucks. To get multiple streams of income, you need to become a multi-level marketing affiliate marketer.

4) Most people who get involved with MLM will quit within 90 days. Therefore, you need to earn as much money as you can upfront from each person that joins your business.

5) You can build a large MLM downline without picking up the phone, hassling friends and family or “pitching your business opportunity” to everyone you meet.

And here’s the big one!

Most people would rather spend money to learn how to do something, than actually go and do it. For example, most network marketers would gladly spend money to learn how to sponsor more reps, than actually go out and sponsor more reps. In many cases, they would easily spend $50 to $100 or more on an eBook or e-course to learn how to sponsor new distributors.

It’s no different with marriages, weight loss, or finances. Most people want to lose weight, improve their marriage and improve their finances. So, they go on diets, buy a membership at the gym, read a personal finance book or go to marriage seminars. But what happens next? Well, most of the time people revert back to their old ways. They don’t apply the knowledge they learned in the course. Look at how many people buy a gym membership, but never even go to the gym once. Look how many people start a diet, but quit within 30 days and gain all the weight back.

When I first learned these secrets from Mike Dillard, it changed my life. I had previously failed in several different MLM companies. Although they were all good companies, no upline ever taught me any of these secrets. Instead, they taught me to make a list of everyone I know, contact them, etc. You get the picture. Most companies still teach this crap today. I can’t believe it.

Best Ways to Make More Money in Network Marketing


So, how can you take advantage of these six secrets to make money as a multi-level marketing affiliate? There are a few different ways. In no particular order, here are some things you can do to make money as a multi-level marketing affiliate.

1) Write a MLM eBook or training course: You can create your own MLM eBook or training course and turn-it into an affiliate program through ClickBank. As an affiliate product, other people will sell your product for you and they earn a commission for doing so. You keep the rest. You can also put a link for your MLM business in the back of your eBook.

2) Create a Blog or Website: This is quite perhaps my favorite way to succeed as a MLM affiliate. You can simply create a themed blog or website about a specific topic within our industry. Your goal is to brand yourself and establish yourself as an authority in our industry. As you create more content, your blog will rank higher in the search engines. People will find your blog or website and want to learn more about you, your products and your opportunity. You can recruit them into your business and sell them different generic MLM affiliate products.

3) Host Webinars: You can use a company like “Go to Meeting” and host webinars about the industry. You could charge a small (or large) fee for each webinar. You could pitch your business on the back end and also sell generic MLM training products.

4) Email Marketing: You focus all your time and attention to build a large email list and then marketing different affiliate products to that list. Every time someone makes a purchase, you earn a commission. Even better, you don’t take orders, ship items or handle credit cards. You just get paid instead. You could pitch your MLM business on the back-end.These are just four simple ways to succeed as a multi-level marketing affiliate.

Remember, your goal in multi-level marketing is to make money and help other people. You should consider becoming a MLM affiliate, in addition to just promoting your own business opportunity. You should consider your MLM Company as one income stream, not your only income stream. Even if you aren’t affiliated with a MLM Company, you can still make money as a MLM affiliate.
