What are my favorite MLM Sponsoring Tips? After nearly a decade in this industry, I would like to share some helpful sponsoring tips I’ve learned along the way.
1. Look for Leaders: The single best thing you can do is to look for leaders. Try to build relationships with people who have already achieved success in what they do. Prospect doctors, lawyers, accountants, sales professional, athletes and entrepreneurs. Look for people who are used to earning commission or merit based pay. And always look for people who take pride in what they do.
2. Follow-Up: The money is in the follow up. Many people who tell you "no" today will join your downline if 2, 3 or 5 years from now. You have to follow-up with people consistently. If someone tells you "no," ask them if you can follow-up with them in a few months. Add them to your database and keep in touch with them a few times each year. Send them a newsletter or give them a call from time to time. You never know when someone’s situation will change and they will be ready to join your team.
3. Treat Your Customers Like Gold: Always provide world-class customer service to your customers. Many of your customers will want to upgrade their status and become a distributor, so they can get a discount on the products. And some of these people will become business builders. Treat your customers like gold and you will reap the rewards. You can always ask for referrals too.
4. Give a Good Presentation: You need to learn how to give a good business presentation in 20 minutes or less. You should spend 3-4 minutes talking about the company, 5-7 minutes discussing the products, and 8-12 minutes discussing the compensation plan. Practice showing the plan with family and friends until you are comfortable. The more presentations you make, the better you will get at it.
5. Meet 2 New People Each Day: This is one of my favorite MLM Sponsoring Tips. You should make a point to meet at least 2 new people each day. Be friendly with people you meet. Get good at asking questions and collecting business cards. Develop a magnetic personality so people like you and remember you. As you meet people, get their contact information and follow up with them about your business opportunity or products.
In conclusion, these are my favorite 5 MLM Sponsoring Tips. You can sponsor people online or offline. The method you choose isn’t all that important. What’s really important is your approach. Ideally, you will need to talk to people on the phone or face-to-face. And you must have a game-plan of what you will say and how you will say it. Most importantly, you must follow-up and never stop following-up with your prospects. Many people will eventually join your team, if you are consistent with your follow-up.
