MLM Search: How to Find the Right MLM Company and SponsorAre you doing a MLM search? Are you trying to find the right company to join? Did you know that there are several thousand different MLM Companies in existence? And more pop up every day. With so many options, it’s hard to sift and sort through all the companies to try and find the right fit for you. I can tell you right now that there are lots of great companies out there. On the other hand, there are some not-so-good companies too. Even worse, everyone you talk to will tell you that their company is the hottest thing since sliced bread! They will tell you their company has the most lucrative compensation plan, the most cutting edge products, and that their company is positioned to be the next industry leader. All of these things make your MLM search process difficult. So, let me make your MLM search a little bit easier. I’m going to teach you a few different tips to help you find the right MLM Company. First of all, please know that very few MLM Companies achieve BIG SUCCESS. Less than 20 companies have ever surpassed $1 billion in annual sales, and less than 100 companies have ever hit $100 million in annual sales. Remember that, when people are giving you a bunch of hype. In my opinion, it’s important to partner up with an industry leader; a company that has a proven reputation for at least 5-10 years, maybe more. Some of the largest network marketing companies that exceed $1 billion in annual sales include Nu Skin, Avon, Mary Kay, Herbalife and Amway. Although you can make money with a new MLM pre-launch company, you also take many risks. You don’t know if it will be around in five years. And you don’t want to build a large downline, only to have the business go bankrupt in a few years. That’s why I like the more established companies better. Listed below are five simple steps you can follow to simplify your MLM search. 1) Your first step is to find a product or product line that you are passionate about. You need a product that provides real value and is something that you would gladly sell to others. Some of your options include make-up, nutrition, weight-loss, technology and so forth. Try to pick a product line you are knowledgeable about and passionate about. 2) Once you have a product line you want to specialize in, your next step is to make a list of potential companies you would want to join. Come up with at least 5-10 companies that manufacture this type of product. Additionally, make sure the companies have a good reputation, show consistent growth and have strong financial backing. 3) Your next step is to conduct an analysis of each company. Compare their reputation, financial backing, company leadership, compensation plan, business rules, yearly growth, etc. After you finish this step, choose the company you would feel most comfortable working with. 4) Your next step is to search for a potential sponsor. Do some research on the top earners in the company. If possible, try to find one in your local area. Make a list of your top three potential sponsors and call each one. Ask them questions about their training and marketing systems. Find out if they are willing to help you. Compare the three potential sponsors and choose the best one. Trust your instincts. This step is just as important as finding a company with a good product. 5) The last step is to join that person’s team. Follow their advice and training. Get started and never look back! By following these five simple steps, you will do a good job on your MLM Search. Remember, the company you join is one of the least important things. Your key to success is to find a proven, reputable company with products you are passionate about, and then team up with one of the top earners in the company, who will help you succeed.
