MLM Opportunity Seekers
What are MLM opportunity seekers? I define them as people who jump from MLM Company to MLM Company, in hopes of making it big. Let me tell you, our industry is filled with opportunity seekers. For some strange reason, people actually think that the company they join is the most important thing. They think the company is the answer to their troubles. I know I thought this way for a few years myself.Sadly, most distributors join a new company and experience the same horrible results they did with the previous company. Several months later, they look for another company to join, hoping to make it big. Many MLM Opportunity Seekers repeat this process for YEARS. They end up working with 10, 20, or even 30 or more companies. They’re always looking for the new company that will guarantee their success. Personally, I find this a bit sad. Like I mentioned earlier, I used to do the same thing myself. One day I woke up and realized that the company itself had very little to do with my success or failure. Ultimately, if I wanted to succeed with network marketing I would have to do it myself. That meant that I would need to learn how to be effective at selling and marketing. Until I developed those skills, I would continue to fail, regardless of which company I worked with. You see, you can fail or succeed in any business. Your success really boils down to you taking personal responsibility for your business. Your business is a direct reflection of you. If your business is getting the results you want, it’s because you don’t have the required skills it takes to succeed. That means you need to educate yourself and learn how to market and sell your products. And you need systems so your downline distributors can sell products and sponsor new distributors, too. Without education and systems, you are doomed for failure. Most MLM Opportunity Seekers are good people, but are horrible network marketers. And for some reason they haven’t figured out that their success is in their hands, it has nothing to do with the company they work with. So, if you fall into this category, I can offer you a few pointers. First and foremost, find a proven company with products you would be proud to sell. Next, find a successful mentor in that company and join their team. Use their systems. And spend some time educating yourself about marketing, selling, recruiting, and prospecting. Become a master of your profession. Make a commitment that you will learn what it takes to succeed. Accept responsibility for your business. And stick with the same company for at least ten years. If you can do this, you will transition from opportunity seeker to professional distributor. You will get better results in your business and you won’t have the need or desire to keep switching companies. Even better, you will become a leader and people will eventually ask you to join your team. I hope this helps.
