MLM Money Secrets of Top MLM Earners



Is there such thing as big MLM money? You bet. Many people earn significant network marketing money. I know people who earn millions of dollars every year from their MLM business. On the other, lots of people don’t make any money at all in network marketing. So, the real question is: “Why do some people make lots of money, while others don’t?”

After being in this industry eight years now, I’ve learned that most new network marketers simply don’t work their business long enough to achieve success. They get started and expect to achieve immediate success. They might contact some of their family and friends. They might even sponsor one or two people. But after that, they do nothing. And then they wonder why they don’t make any money. I find that crazy.

To put this in perspective, let’s assume the same person opened a Pizza Restaurant, instead of starting a network marketing business. They spend $200,000 to lease a building, purchase equipment, get their business license, hire employees, and buy inventory. On opening day, they don’t advertise or promote their business.

Instead, they simply call some of their friends and family. For this example, let’s assume they contact 20 people. On opening day, a couple people show up for their grand opening ceremony and order pizza. During the next couple months, the business owners do nothing. They don’t advertise market or promote their business. Let me ask you, “what do you think would happen?” Would the pizza shop stay in business very long? Probably not.

I think more network marketers could earn significant MLM money if the entry cost was more expensive. Why? Because we would attract higher qualified prospects. Since our industry is so cheap to get involved in, we attract lots of unemployed people, disgruntled employees and “opportunity seekers.” Most of these people have never owned a business before. In addition, they are clueless when it comes to sales and marketing. Even worse, most of these people receive no sales or marketing training from their upline sponsor. So, guess what happens? They quit MLM. They don’t make any MLM money.

These same people run and tell everyone they know that they were cheated. They post comments in forums and start blogs to slander our industry. It drives me crazy. But, do you want to know what’s really funny? If that same person had failed in any other business venture, it wouldn’t be a big deal. If the same person started a pizza shop that ended up going out of business, he or she wouldn’t bitch or complain to the whole world about how they were duped. I find that amazing.

Next, we have an additional question to answer. Here it goes. Why do some people make significant MLM money? What do they do to achieve huge results? I’ve spent many years rubbing elbows with some of the top MLM earners. Here’s what I found.

1. From day one, MLM Top earners treated their MLM business like a regular business. They set goals, develop a marketing plan and invest their personal time, energy and money to grow their MLM business.

2. Top earners sponsor people every month. They consistently expose their business opportunity to new people. They know that not everyone will join their business, but a small percentage of people will. So, they work the numbers. They show the plan to lots of people, in order to sponsor a few.

3. They focus on retail customers. In order to make MLM money, you must have a customer base. After all, you get paid for volume. If your organization doesn’t create sales volume, no one will get paid. In addition, most of the top MLM earners are their own best customer. They use their own products, instead of the competitors.

4. They focus on marketing. They understand that marketing is the most important word in network marketing. Therefore, they utilize effective marketing strategies to generate new leads. Top earners normally create their own leads on the Internet or in everyday life.

5. The top earners think long term. They understand that no business is built in 90 days. Most top MLM earners stay with the same company for at least ten years before they achieve huge MLM money. They establish long-term goals, but take baby steps toward those goals every day. The top MLM earners don’t expect to get rich overnight.

We just covered the “mindset” of many top MLM earners. Now, I want to realize that many top MLM earners earn very high six and seven figure incomes. Some earn incomes much bigger than Fortune 500 CEOs. Others earn a low six figures.

What I find most fascinating about MLM money, is that there is no earnings cap. There is no limit to how much you can earn. Sure, you might earn nothing at all. But if you are really motivated, focused and work hard, you can earn millions of dollars every year. That’s a lot of money.

On the other hand, when you have a job, you are paid what the job is worth to your employer. It doesn’t matter how squared away you are. Your job is only worth so much to the company you work for. Don’t expect to get paid a penny more than that.

In conclusion, anyone can earn a huge income in network marketing. There is no cap to how much MLM money you can make. Although many people fail in our industry, the secret to success is to do what the MLM top earners do.
