Internet MLM Blog vs Internet MLM Website

Should you start an internet MLM blog? To most of you, my answer is a big NO. I say that because the internet has tens of thousands of MLM blogs, probably more. That means the competition is steep, and rising above the competition is not easy to do. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

That being said, if you are extremely determined to start your own internet MLM blog and work on it every day, you might have a chance to succeed. If you are willing to create content for several hours each day, EVERY DAY, you might achieve success in 6-12 months. But it’s not guaranteed.

If you do a keyword search for any different network marketing term, you will find millions of search results. That means your chances of getting on the first page of Google are practically nil. And if you’re not on the first page of Google, people won’t find your internet MLM blog. Now, I’m normally not pessimistic. Instead, I consider myself a realist. And I don’t think it would be fair to tell you that building a SUCCESSFUL internet MLM blog is easy to do.

However, I believe there is a much better and easier way to achieve online success. I think the best idea is to create your own theme-based website (non MLM) about your company’s products or services, instead of creating your own internet MLM blog. I know some people will object to this, but I truly think there is great potential in finding a way to be different than everyone else in the network marketing industry.

Regardless of whether you build a blog or website, please know that you have a lot of work ahead of you. Don’t think for a minute that you will just create a one or two page blog or website and achieve success. You won’t. It takes time and hard work. I’ve worked 4-8 hours EVERY DAY, seven days a week, for the past six months to start getting LOTS of traffic. If you don’t have that much available time, it will simply take you LONGER to get good traffic from the search engines.

In conclusion, many successful network marketers have their own internet MLM blog to promote their business. Unfortunately, the competititon is so stiff that most new network marketers have no chance of building a blog that outperforms these successful internet MLM blogs. That’s why I believe that aspiring online network marketers should take a different approach and build a theme based website instead.
