Internet MLM Advertising Strategy: How to Use a Funded Proposal in your MLM Business

If I could only give you one internet MLM Advertising tip, it would be this. DON’T PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ONLINE. The internet is absolutely bogged down with people promoting their business opportunity, telling everyone else that they have the best compensation plan, best products, and best company leadership.

Even if this statement was true (which it isn’t), who actually cares? Who actually joins your company because of the company leadership or compensation plan? Let me answer that question for you: no one! Here’s a big secret that will save you LOTS of time, energy and money. This internet MLM advertising tip will separate you from everyone else online. Here it goes.

Let’s say that your MLM Company sells coffee (as an example). You could create a simple one page website, also known as a capture page, about coffee. You could offer a free 5 page report (that you wrote) about your “top ten cups of coffee.” When people visit your website (which you promote) you could offer the report for free, in exchange for their name and email.

Once they input their information into your opt-in form, your auto-responder will automatically send the free report. In addition, you could also have several other pre-written messages in your auto-responder focused on “coffee.” At this point you’ve still never mentioned your business opportunity. By the fifth to seventh email, you could offer your $20 eBook about coffee (or promote an affiliate eBook instead). After you do this you could introduce your company’s coffee products or business opportunity to your subscriber.

Because you’ve built a relationship with your subscriber, they might become a customer, or even a distributor. And if they don’t, you still have their name and email in your “contact list” to follow up with at a later date. By using this strategy you could generate a large amount of leads, new customers and new distributors. Better yet, the sales from the eBook would help offset your advertising expenses so you could continue to advertise.


And you could make money on the back end with sales of your MLM Company’s coffee products or business opportunity. Doesn’t that make sense? Here’s a (sample) example about what type of numbers you could expect (hypothetical). I will be real conservative.

• $1,000 in Pay-Per-Click advertising equals 5,000 clicks to your website

• 1 in every 10 visitors requests free report and
becomes a lead, which equals 500 leads

• Of your 500 leads, 1 in 20 purchases your coffee eBook. At $20 profit per eBook times 25 people
equals $500

• Of the 25 people who buy your eBook (500/20), 1 in 5 becomes a customer and 1 in 5 becomes a distributor

• This equals 5 new distributors and 5 new customers

Here’s a synopsis:

• $1,000 spent on advertising

• $500 in eBook Sales

• 5 new customers @ $50 profit per customer equals $250

• 5 new distributors @ $100 per signup equals $500

• Total Revenue equal$1,250

• Total Expenses $1,000

• PROFIT $250

With this internet MLM Advertising strategy, you can afford to advertise forever. You can keep growing your list, and you can offer other coffee related products and services to your list, even if they don’t join your MLM Company. This allows you to create multiple streams of income in your MLM Business.

This is known as a funded proposal. This is how I build my MLM business and how most top earners do the same thing. If you’ve never used this strategy before, you should. It really does work. I think it is the best internet MLM Advertising strategy out there.
