Read through your company catalog or brochure to find out if they have any helpful tools to assist you with your party. Chances are, they have a PowerPoint Presentation or a flip chart for you to use. They might also have some sample products you can order to use for your demonstration. Once you do that, you need to coach the host or hostess on how to properly invite people and set up her home. At the event, you need to show up and start on time. You should also have an agenda and stick to it. During the event, encourage two-way conversation. Ask questions and find ways to get your prospects involved with your demonstration. Another helpful tip is to make sure you have plenty of inventory, so when prospects place their orders, they don’t have to wait a week or two to get their products. My final advice is to book lots of parties. The easiest way to do this is to book parties with the most excited guests at each party.
