If you need to take a week off, you have the flexibility to do that. # 3: Fun I think that having a direct sales career is fun. You don’t have the typical 9-5 routine, commute, or office politics. You can to meet new people and find new friends. # 4: Tax Advantages Having your own home based business provides great tax advantages, compared to being an employee. You can legally deduct your expenses and reduce your taxable income. If you’ve never owned a business before, you should sit down with an accountant to learn more about this. # 5: Residual Income Assuming that you recruit other people into your business, you can earn overrides and commissions from their sales. Once you learn the skills it takes to succeed, you can earn a substantial income in this industry. There is no cap on your earnings. While some people earn nothing, many direct sales professionals earn six and seven figure incomes. In summary, these are my top 10 things I like about home party sales careers.
