After you spend some time evaluating each company, pick one. Before you actually join the company, spend a couple days looking for a successful sponsor who can help you achieve success. This step is very important. Picking the right sponsor is even more important than choosing a company. Try to find someone who is a top earner with the company and has been with the company at least three years. Your next step is to join that person’s team. After you do that, you can begin your home party plan direct selling career. You simply need to order a starter kit, purchase some inventory, and then get busy scheduling in home parties. Your sponsor will probably do the first two or three with you, to teach you the ropes. Make sure you take notes. If possible, record the event, so you can study and learn from it .
