Fresh Network Marketing Leads What are fresh network marketing leads? And where do you get them? Let me start by telling you that the best lead you can get is one that you generate yourself. When you purchase MLM leads, you are normally one of several people getting the same leads. That means that the leads are not inclusive. Therefore, your chance of success with those leads is minimal.

I define fresh network marketing leads as anyone who expressed interest in starting a home based business or joining a network marketing company within the past 24-48 hours. Timing is essential. Some lead companies sell leads that are 30 or more days old. By the time you get them, they either already found a business opportunity or are no longer interested in starting a home-based business.

To get fresh MLM leads, you need to generate your own leads. That’s what all the top earners do. You can do generate fresh leads in a variety of ways. Here are my favorite three methods of lead generation.

1) Prospecting: You come in contact with 50-100 (or more) people every day. Why not convert some of these people into leads? The best way to do this is to be friendly. Ask people what their name is or where they are from. Find out what they do for a living and get their business card. Follow-up with them at a later date.

2) Online: This is one of the easiest and most effective ways to generate fresh network marketing leads. You can set up your own blog, website or capture page. Simply provide an opt-in form to get your visitor’s name and email. The best way to do this is to offer something free, in exchange for their contact information. Once you get their contact information, send them an email or give them a call. The sooner you do it the better.

3) Traditional Advertising: You can use direct mail, newspaper advertising, flyers, business cards, radio advertising or television advertising to generate leads. Direct response is my favorite. That means that you advertise and have people call you. When they call you, you set up an appointment with them to present your business opportunity or share the products. It’s really that simple.

Any of these three methods work. Most top earners use a combination of these methods to generate fresh network marketing leads. Remember, you want leads that are inclusive. That way, you don’t have to share your leads with several other distributors.

Your key to success is to produce a large amount of qualified leads. As you do this, you must follow up with each person so you can sift and sort through the leads to find the winners. Don’t expect all of your leads to convert to customers or distributors. Most won’t. But if you generate enough leads, you will see a constant flow of new customers and distributors into your business.
