Amway Crown Distributors Bob and Terry Andrews are legends in the Amway business. The two of them joined the company back in 1970, while they were college students. At the time Bob was just 23 years old and Terry was 19.

They built their Amway business the old-fashioned way. They contacted friends and family members and utilized the three-foot rule. Mr. Andrews used in-home meetings, hotel meetings and one-on-one presentations to share the Amway products and business opportunity with others.

He is affiliated with the Network 21 line of sponsorship. Network 21 provides training, motivation and business support materials to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, cds and seminars.

In 2009, he was the chairman of the IBOAI, which is a group of successful Amway distributors who work with the Amway Corporation to advocate for Amway distributors.
