What is the best network marketing company? I get that question a lot. And every time I hear the question I laugh to myself. Although some companies are better than others, most network marketing companies offer a decent business opportunity. But what most people don’t realize is that the “business opportunity” is not the most important thing in the equation. Instead “YOU” are the most important element.When you hear people talking online, they will tell you that their company, their products and their compensation plan are the best in the industry. Everyone says this. Whenever someone tells me something like this, I respond by saying “How’s that working out for you?” This usually slows them down for a minute or leaves them dumbfounded. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, very few people, if anyone, will every join your company because of its compensation plan, leadership, products, or any other criteria. Instead, they join your opportunity (or don’t) because of YOU. I want you to take a moment and think about that. Why is that 50 people could approach you about the same business opportunity, and you wouldn’t be interested in working with any of them. But when the 51st person comes along with the same opportunity, something is different! There is something about that person that you are “attracted too” (not in a sexual way), which makes you want to join their team. It could be there confidence, posture, leadership or anything else. What it really boils down to is VALUE. You see, the top earners provide VALUE to the people that join their team. It could be (1) a marketing system, (2) great training, (3) a secret prospecting technique, (4) online marketing strategies, or just about anything else. And until you become a person with a PERCEIVED VALUE, no one will join your team. I know that might hurt a little bit, but it is the truth. Here are a few things you need to know: • No one really cares about your company’s compensation plan • You could succeed or fail with any company • No product ever “sells itself” • Compensation Plans are irrelevant if you aren’t generating sales or sponsoring people • No one really cares about the company’s leadership • People join (or don’t join) your team because of YOU • YOU are the key factor in the equation What people really want to know is “CAN YOU HELP THEM SUCCEED.” Because if you can’t, you will be just like every other struggling network marketer, who is begging people to join their team. And if you are new to the industry, you need to team up with the right person. To find the best network marketing company, I would look for a company with products you VALUE and would like to share with others. But here’s the most important thing. Once you find a great company, you should spend a good amount of time looking for a potential sponsor who can help you succeed. What it really boils down to is the finding the best mentor in the company that you want to join. Most people do the complete opposite and join a company first. And then they are normally stuck with a bad sponsor and upline. Instead, pick a company and then do your research and get sponsored by the best person you can find. By doing this, you will be part of the best team in the best network marketing company!
