Best Affiliate Marketing Programs
What are the best affiliate marketing programs? In my opinion, the best programs are the ones that work best for you. And what works for one person might not work for another person. Personally, I promote several different affiliate marketing programs. I’ve tested many different programs out during the past few years, but I’ve only received good results with a few programs. If you are already an affiliate marketer and you are trying to find the best affiliate marketing programs, I’d encourage you to follow the advice listed below to find new programs to promote. 1. Identify Theme or Subject: There are many different themes for affiliate products. Common themes include weight loss, network marketing, make money online, relationships, parenting, etc. It’s best to pick a theme that corresponds to your blog, website or personal interests. 2. Do an Internet Search for Affiliate Products: Once you pick a theme, do an internet search for your theme. So, if you picked weight loss you would do an internet search for “affiliate weight loss products” or “weight loss affiliate products.” 3. Find 5-10 Good Programs: While you are doing your search, try to find 5-10 different products that you could promote. Research each product. Read the reviews. Talk to the affiliate program manager or company and find out the details of the product. 4. Choose Two Products: Once you’ve done your homework, you should pick your favorite two products. Next, you must add your affiliate links to your blog or website and develop your marketing strategy. 5. Test Your Performance: Now that you have everything set up, you must send traffic to your affiliate link. This could be paid traffic or free traffic from the search engines. Test your traffic for one to three months. Figure out your conversion rates and how much you have to spend to generate one sale. Determine your return on investment. For instance, if you spend $50 in pay-per-click advertising to generate one sale that gives you $100 profit, your return on investment is 2 to 1. 6. Drop the Loser: After a few months of experimenting with your two products, I’d recommend you drop your poor performing affiliate product. If both products are giving you a good return on your investment, just ignore this advice. But if one product isn’t selling, or giving you a good return on your investment, drop it and find a different product to promote. This is the process I use to find the best affiliate marketing programs. It works for me and I know it can work for you. Remember, affiliates experience different results with different products. Individual results will vary. The only way you will ever know how you are doing is if you measure your performance, test your results, and determine your return on investment. Only then will you know the best affiliate marketing programs.
