Khoo Chong Kok and Chai Koo Amway Malaysia Crown Ambassadors CA Success Associates LOS

by Chuck
(MD)

Khoo Chong Kok and Chai Koo are Amway Crown Ambassadors in Malaysia. Prior to joining the Amway business, he was an Engineer. They joined the business in January 1982. They went Diamond in 1992 and Crown Ambassador in January 2003. They are Emeralds in Australia, Diamonds in Korea, and Executive Diamonds in China. Their upline Amway Diamonds are Chan Koon tin and Chai Foong.

They built their Amway business by working with strangers, family and friends and by hosting in-home meetings and one-on-one business presentations. Although they were not an overnight success, they stuck with the business and built an enormous organization with more than 20,000 distributors. That's no small feat.

They have a large team of distributors that spans many different countries to include Malaysia, Australia, China, Vietnam, the United States, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and many other countries.

From what I could find online, they participate with the CA Success Associates line of sponsorship. The purpose of CA Success Associates is to train and motivate its Amway distributors by providing books, tapes, seminars and business support materials. These business tools are sold for a profit.

Khoo Chong Kok and Chai Koo are exceptional leaders with dynamic leadership and communication skills. They are a true credit to the Amway business and the network marketing industry. Anyone who can build a downline that large, and maintain it for close to three decades definitely knows what they are doing.

If you have ever worked with them personally, I would love to hear from you. Please tell us how they helped you, when you worked with them, and where you were in their downline. Just leave a comment to this post to share your thoughts.

Amway Crown Ambassadors FAA 40 Points Leonard and Esther Kim Lead WWDB Korea

by Chuck
(MD)

Leonard and Esther Kim are FAA 40 Points Crown Ambassadors in the Amway business. They live in Korea. The couple joined Amway in 1990 while they were living in America. About a year later, they decided to move back to Korea to grow their business overseas. Since then, their business has reached new heights.

Their downline currently has more than 400 Diamonds in it. In the year 2002, they broke 240 Diamonds in their organization. Most of their downline is in Korea, but they do have some distributors in the United States, too. In fact, their group is one of the fastest growing groups in all of Amway. Anyone who breaks 240 new Diamonds in one year definitely knows how to build a business!

They lead the World Wide Dream Builders Korea training system. Additionally, they are founding members of the TOP4 organization. They built their business through in-home meetings and one-on-one presentations; working with friends, family and strangers.

Apparently, Mr. Kim was an Amway customer for nearly 15 years, before anyone ever told him about the business opportunity. Amazing! So if you have customers in your group, make sure you share the business opportunity with them! Their upline Diamond is Eugene and Sarah Kim.

In my opinion, they are a true credit to our industry. They are exceptional leaders, motivators and trainers. If you have ever worked with Crown Ambassadors Leonard and Esther Kim, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us when you met them, how long you worked with them, and how they helped you. GBN21 System & Amway Korea Crown Ambassadors Dr. Jae-Oh Joo and Kyeong-Ja Park

by Chuck
(Maryland)

GBN21 is a line of sponsorship within Amway Korea. It does business primarily in Korea, but has distributors in other countries, too. GBN21 was started by Amway Korea Crown Ambassadors Dr. Jae-Oh Joo and Kyeong-Ja Park.

The purpose of GBN21 is to provide training and motivation for Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. They do this by promoting and selling books, tapes and other business support materials to their downline. They also provide seminars and conferences. All of these tools and systems are sold for a profit, and is a business within itself.

Apparently, their organization has 100+ downline Diamonds and above. I find that quite impressive. Obviously, Amway Korea Crown Ambassadors Dr. Jae-Oh Joo and Kyeong-Ja Park know how to build a large and profitable Amway business. It's been said that they have awesome leadership, recruiting, communication and motivational skills. In my opinion, they are a true credit to Amway and the MLM Industry.

The major complaint against GBN21 is the tool income. It's said that most of the Diamonds make more money from selling tools than they do by building an Amway business. While I cannot verify "how much" they make from the tools, I do know that the tool income is significant. In fact, this is probably the # 1 complaint (in every organization) within the Amway business.

I'm trying to find out more about GBN21. If you are a current or former Amway distributor who participated in this system, I would love to hear your story. For instance, how effective was the system? What were the costs? What level of success did you acheive? Who was your upline Diamond? Please share your personal story with the rest of our online network maketing community. Just leave a comment to this post to get started. Thanks.

by Chuck
(MD)

Anja Schwarz is a very successful Amway distributor in her own right. She is currently a Crown in Austria. She was born in 1977 and grew up in the Amway business with her parents, Max and Marianne Schwarz. Max is one the top distributors in all of Amway (Marianne is deceased).

She took over part of her father's Austria Amway business. She and her husband Oliver manage that business today. She is one of the key leaders in the Schwarz Organization. The Schwarz Organization, and Amway Motivational Organization, provides tools, training and resources to help Amway distributors build a successful business.

Jim & Sharon Janz Amway Canada Crown Ambassadors Network 21

by Chuck
(MD)

Jim & Sharon Janz are Crown Ambassadors in Amway. They reached that status in 1978 and have held it ever since. They were the second ever Crown Ambassadors in the history of Amway.

They joined the business in early 1970s. Jim joined the business at the age of 22. At that time, he was a teacher at a junior high school. From day one, they took their business very seriously. They started showing the plan and finding lots of retail customers. And they started build a team quickly.

They currently participate in the Network 21 motivational organization. Prior to that, they spent many years with INA. They switched over to Network 21 sometime around 2007. The purpose of both of these Amway Motivational Organizations is to provide training, motivation and support materials to its distributors.

They reside in Vancouver, Canada. Their upline Diamonds are Gordon and Laura Ross. In 2006 Jim was the chair of the IBOAI. Obvioulsy, he is an exceptional leader. The most successful Amway distributors, and Amway Corporate, are very selective about who gets this position. This is a positive reflection of Jim.

The couple is a true credit to Amway and the network marketing industry. Anyone who can maintain a large organization for thirty plus years obviously knows what they are doing. If you were going to join Amway today, this is the type of sponsor you would want.

If you have ever worked with them personally, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us how you met them, when you worked with them, where you were in their group, and how they helped you succeed. Just leave a comment to this post to share your story.

“I first heard this talk in 1978 and still have a copy of it. It is one of my all time favorites and I still listen to it from time to time (now on mp3 rather than cassette).”

**********

“Jim was my teacher in the 50s at Prairie Bible Institute. I was in high school. I’m so glad he is so successful with Amway. I own the Julian Bakery in La Jolla, California.”

6 Things People Want Tape by Jim Janz

“Unbeknownst to Jim Janz, I grew up an Amway Kid in Kansas City. My parents listened to cassette tapes of stories from those who had gone before them. One phrase that stuck with my family growing up is lesson number five in “The Six Things People Want.” Jim says people want money but it was way down on the list, it was number five.

Now, that I am 40ish and have achieved success in my own apparel business and helped with several volunteer organizations, I find people don’t have a great foundation to achieve their own success. I don’t remember all six lessons, but I do remember some of them to include: RECOGNITION, BELONG, and MONEY. I can’t remember the other three.

Many of the achieving people in the world of Amway have no idea what they paid forward by recording those tapes for all to listen. I listened to these tapes while my parents were at home, or were driving in the car. Their words provided me with such positive “you can do anything” values. I truly believe it made me the successful wife, mother, and business owner I am today.

THANKS and if anyone can help fill in the blanks please do so.”

P.S. thanks to Kay Blanchard (the mom) and Bruce Kerr (the duck man) too.

by Chuck
(MD)

Shizunori and Meiko Yamamoto are Amway Crown Ambassadors from Japan. According to one online report, they are the # 158 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. Ranking that high in an industry with more than 50 million distributors worldwide is a fascinating accomplishment.

They got started in Amway more than 20 years ago. The couple started their Amway business by sharing the products and business opportunity with their friends and family via in-home meetings and one-on-one business presentations. To get prospects, they utilized the three foot rule and got referrals from other people.

They started sponsoring people right away and went on to achieve phenomenal success with the company. Since then, they have helped many people achieve success with Amway. Their organization has tens of thousands of distributors from many different countries.

As you can probably tell, they are exceptional leaders, recruiters, motivators and trainers. When it comes to network marketing, this couple is the cream of the crop. Simply put, Shizunori and Meiko Yamamoto are the ultimate Amway success story. If you live in Japan, and are thinking about joining Amway, this is the type of sponsors you would want.

Mark Lei Testimonials

For me Mr. Mark Lei is God's instrument. Before I joined Amway, I felt that my dreams are just dreams. I thought my dreams were impossible to reach because I am an employee, and as an employee, my income is limited. My income depends on my employer.

One of my great dreams is to give back to my parents, but how can I give back if my income is not enough for my personal expenses? How can I give if I have nothing to give? Thank God I met Mr. Mark Lei! Because of his powerful and inspirational messages, I learned and I realized that I can reach my dreams! He is always teaching us that the only thing to do is to CHANGE!

“Change your mind and you can change your pocket.” This is his favorite line. And I do change and still in the process of changing. As early as this, I can now feel that after 2 to 5 years of persistent effort, my life will change and I can reach my dreams.

Mr. Mark Lei is a very good example. He is not only a businessman, but he is a man with character. I read one article about him and he is the kind of person who never blames others for his misfortune. He is just telling himself "it's my fault. It's my lack of preparation! And because of this I respect him.

I pray and I hope will become FOUNDERS CROWN AMBASSADOR also here in the Philippines! ~ Alexi, Independent Distributor

“We are very thankful to Mark Lei that he has decided to come to India to grow his Amway business. We believe that the work ethic and mentorship of Mark Lei shall give excellent growth to our Amway business in India. We are blessed with his presence and being a part of the Sumeet Bahadur team. We are very thankful for Mark Lei and all the other Diamonds in our upline." ~ Anonymous

Peter and Choi Kit Lee Amway Malaysia first Crown Ambassadors lead Network J&J

by Chuck
(MD)

Peter and Choi Kit Lee were the first Amway Crown Ambassadors in Malaysia and South East Asia. They joined Amway in 1981. It took them almost ten years to reach the Diamond level. Their upline Diamonds are Ho Meng Kaung and Doris Lee.

They participate in the Network J&J training system. The purpose of Network J&J is to train and motivate Amway distributors within their line of sponsorship. The system provides books, motivation, websites, CDs and seminars, all designed to teach distributors how to build a successful and profitable Amway business.

They are both still very involved with their Amway business. They travel across the country hosting seminars and open meetings in order to properly train their downline. As a result, they have experienced huge growth in their business.

They built their Amway business by retailing the products and by sharing the business opportunity with friends, family members and strangers. It's really cool to think that they built their business using old school techniques, since they built the foundation of their business before the invention of the internet.

Through the years, they have come a long way. Their business now has tens of thousands of distributors in it. They have downline distributors in Malaysia, China, Australia, the Philippines and Taiwan.

Within the world of Amway, Peter and Choi Kit Lee are trusted leaders. They are excellent speakers, motivators and team builders. They know what they are doing and they have literally helped thousands of people launch their own Amway business. If you were going to join Amway, you would want to work with people like these two.

If you have ever worked with Amway Crown Ambassadors Peter and Choi Kit Lee, I would love to hear your story. Please share your experiences with the rest of our community. Just leave a comment to this post. Thanks.

Chan Lee Sean Amway Malaysia Crown Ambassador S.A.C. SAC line of sponsorship

by Chuck
(MD)

Chan Lee Sean is an awesome success story in the Amway business. She learned about the Amway business from an old friend, Tan Kim Huat. What attracted her to the business was the low start-up cost. At the time, she was a stay-at-home mom, and wanted to improve her family’s financial situation.

She joined Amway back in 1976. She took her business very seriously and reached the Direct Distributor level (Platinum) in less than a year. She reached Diamond in 1983. Chan Lee Sean is currently a Crown Ambassador. She was the 3rd Crown Ambassador in Malaysia.

She participates in the S.A.C. line of sponsorship. The purpose of SAC is to train and motivate Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. To do so, it offers tapes, seminars, CDs, websites, toll free numbers and other business support materials.

Her upline Diamond is Sunny and Guat Hwa Ho. She has downline in Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand and the United States. She is a huge Amway success story. Even better, her children are following her footsteps in the Amway business.

If you were going to join Amway right now, you would want a sponsor like Chan Lee Sean. I would describe her a a leader, motivator, master recruiter, trainer, and entrepreneur. She definitely knows a lot about network marketing and knows how to help others succeed.

If you have ever worked with her personally, I would love to hear your story. Please tell the rest of our community how you met her, when you joined her team, how long you were involved and what level of success you achieved.

Amway HECKEL Line of Sponsorship and Double Crown Ambassador Kaoru Nakajima

by Chuck
(Maryland)

HECKEL is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It is led by Double Crown Ambassador Kaoru Nakajima of Japan. Mr. Nakajima started his Amway business in 1982 in Japan. Since then, he has become a legend in the Amway business and has helped tens of thousands of other people achieve success with Amway.

HECKEL provides motivation and training to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This icludes books, tapes, training calls, websites, business tools and seminars. These tools are sold at a profit for the Diamond level distributors.

At one time HECKEL had more than 750,000 Amway distributors within its organization and counted for nearly 40% of the Amway business in Japan. I find that very impressive. Anyone that builds a downline that big definitely knows what they are doing.

The organization has several Crown Ambassadors and hundreds of Diamonds and successful Amway distributors. From what I found online, this line of sponsorship is very squared away. They are one of the few AMOs with continued growth.

The major complaint people have against HECKEL, and other AMOs, is the tool money. It's said that many Diamond level distributors earn a large percentage of their income from the tools, rather than from Amway itself. That is true, but I still believe that HECKEL is a good system considering the amount of success so many distributors have had. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if it's right for you.

If you have experience with HECKEL, I would love to hear from you. Please tell us how long you have been involved with Amway and HECKEL, how you got involved and what level of success you achieved. To share your story, just leave a comment to this post. Thanks.

John and Pat Hendrickson Amway Crown Ambassadors International Connection AMO

by Chuck
(MD)

John and Pat Hendrickson are Amway Crown Ambassadors. They reached that achievement level in 1980. They joined the business in 1964, after attending a business opportunity meeting with Robert Stonelake (deceased). Prior to meeting their sponsor, they learned about the business opportunity from an Amway employee.

At the time, John was involved in Real Estate. But the Hendrickson’s quickly decided to build an Amway business instead. Pat built up a nice client base and John focused on sponsoring. Within a few short years, the couple built a large and profitable Amway business. They held in-home meetings and one-on-one presentations to share the business opportunity and products with potentail customers and distributors.

They participated in the International Connection Line of Sponsorship for many years, which provided training, motivation and business support materials for its Amway distributors. Recently, the International Connection merged with Network 21.

They live in the United States. They’ve been full-time in the business for more than 40 years now. Personally, I find that very impressive. Additionally, they have five adult children. Their upline Diamond is Robert Stonelake (deceased).

Simply put, John and Pat Hendrickson are the ultimate Amway success story. Very few distributors, from any company, ever achieve this type of success, or maintain it for more than 40 years. I credit their success to their integrity, their work ethic, their leadership and perseverance. If you have ever worked with this couple personally, I would love to hear from you. Just leave a comment to this post. Thanks.

Amway Soonye Training System & Founders Crown Ambassador Lee Kim Soon & Kwee Choo

by Chuck
(Maryland)

Soonye is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. In essence, it is an Amway training system. It was started by Founders Crown Ambassador Lee Kim Soon & Kwee Choo.

The purpose of the organization is to help people become better individuals so they can build a successful Amway business. Soonye provides training and motivation to distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, websites, phone numbers, and other business support materials. They also host seminars and functions in Malaysia.

Soonye does business in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, with the majority of its distributors in Malaysia. Some of the successful Amway distributors affiliated with Soonye include Executive Diamonds Ng Tiam Ming & Lau Mang Huey, Diamonds Chong Kim Fei & Ong Peik Chew and Man Cheong Mang & Poh Swan.

I'm not sure how long Soonye has been around. From what I found online, they are affiliated with the TOP4 line of sponsorship. TOP4 is one of the largest Amway Motivational Organizations in the world.

If you search online, you will find people who love the system and others who hate it. The biggest complaint against Soonye is the "tool money." Many former Amway distributors claim that the Diamonds in Soonye make most of their money from the tools and not from Amway. I've found that this is a common complaint against all Amway Motivational Organizations.

While I don't believe that this system is bad, I do know that your success is Amway has nothing to do with a system and everything to do with you finding customers and building a team of distributors. If you don't do those two activities, it doesn't matter how long you follow a system.

If you have experience with the Soonye organization, I would love to hear your personal story. Please share your experiences about your upline, the tools and the seminars. It would also be nice to find out how long you were involved and what level of success you achieved. Just leave a comment to this post to share your story. Thanks.

Robert and Nicole Belli Amway France Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Robert and Nicole Belli are Crown Ambassadors in the Amway business. They live in France. From what I found online, I believe they joined the Amway business sometime in the late 1970s or early 1980s. I’m not sure who their upline Diamond is or what training system they participate in.

They did a great job building Amway France. They have thousands of downline distributors throughout France. They got started in their Amway business by sharing the products and business opportunity with friends and family members. They taught their downline how to retail the products and sponsor new distributors. As a result of their exceptional leadership and outstanding sales and marketing skills, they became some of the top earners in all of Amway.

What I found most impressive is that this couple built their business before the invention of the internet. That means they had to use one-on-one presentations, in-home parties, hotel meetings, and three-way calls to build their group.

They are a network marketing and Amway success story. If you have ever worked with Crown Ambassadors Robert and Nicole Belli, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us when you met them, where you were positioned in their group, how long you were involved, and what level of success you achieved. Just leave a reply to this post to get started. They have two front line diamonds, who are Georg and Karen Paulus and Gunther and Helga Schuster. They reside in Germany. Their upline Diamonds are Founder’s Crown Ambassadors FAA 50 Dr. Peter and Eva Muller-Meerkatz.

Sonny & Guat Hwa Ho Amway Malaysia Crown Ambassadors CVI Line of Sponsorship

by Chuck
(MD)

Sony & Guat Hwa Ho are Amway Malaysia Crown Ambassadors. According to one internet report, they are the # 159 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. And they are definitely some of the top 50 earners in all of Amway. With more than 50 million network marketers from more than 1,000 different MLM Companies, this is a major accomplishment.

The couple joined the Amway business sometime around the late 1970s or early 1980s. I couldn't find the exact date online. I also couldn't find out who their sponsor or upline Diamond are.

From day one, they treated their Amway business like a real business. They got started with their Amway business by sponsoring some friends and family members. As they sponsored new distributors, they built depth in their organization. They kept driving each leg of their organization deep until they found a few key leaders. At that point, they started working with the leaders.

Over a few short years, they built an organization that does business in several different countries. In addition, it has tens of thousands of distributors and continues to grow each year. Most importantly, they've continued to maintain and grow their business for close to 30 years now. That's amazing.

They have personally mentored hundreds of people and have helped many of them achieve success with Amway. This speaks volumes about their leadership, communication, network marketing, and motivational skills. They are a true credit to Amway and the network marketing industry.

They are affiliated with the CVI line of sponsorship. The CVI training system provides business support materials, books, training, and seminars for its Amway distributors. The couple is still actively building their business by sponsoring new distributors, working in depth, and speaking at events.

If you have ever worked with Crown Ambassadors Sonny and Guat Hwa Ho of Amway Malaysia, I would love to hear from you. Ryusuke and Elaine Seto Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Ryusuke and Elaine Seto are Crown Ambassadors with Amway Japan. They joined Amway many years ago, and began building their Amway business by sharing the products and business opportunity with their personal sphere of influence. Over the course of many years, they built a large downline that now spans the world.

According to one internet report, they are ranked as the number 157 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. Personally, I find that very impressive. That puts them in the top 1% of the top 1% of all earners. They reached the Crown Ambassador level in 1996. I’m not sure of their current pin level, or if they are still active in the business.

Obviously, they are great leaders who know how to build a large and profitable Amway business. They are great motivators who understand recruiting, sponsoring, training, and helping others. Some of the reasons they've achieved such huge success with Amway is their strong work ethic, their burning desire to succeed, their commitment to treat their business like a real business, and perseverance. Most distributors who join the company don't work even 1% as hard as this couple did.

After doing some research about them online, I couldn’t figure out there line of sponsorship, system, or upline Diamond. If you know any of that information, please leave a comment to this post. Or, if you have ever worked with Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors Ryusuke and Elaine Seto personally, leave a comment to this post to tell us your story.

Morihiko and Seiko Kitakon Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Morihiko and Seiko Kitakon are Amway Crown Ambassadors from Japan. They started their Amway business in 1987. Since then, they have become some of the top producers in Amway Japan. They went Diamond in 1989 and Crown in 1997. I'm not sure of their current pin level or status with the company.

When they first got involved with Amway, they started their business by sharing the products and business opportunity within their sphere of influence, to include friends and family members. The also prospected strangers and worked with referrals. As they sponsored new Amway distributors, they started building their business in depth, by working with downline distributors. Since then, they have built a sales organization that spans the globe and has tens of thousands of distributors.

They are key leaders in the HECKEL training system. They participate in rallies, seminars and training events across the world to help other Amway distributors achieve success. HECKEL provides training, motivation, tapes, books, seminars, websites and other business support materials to its Amway distributors. Their upline Diamonds are Hidekazu and Yuki Kajihara.

Anyone who has built and maintained a profitable Amway business for more than 25 years definitely knows what they are doing. If you live in Japan, and are thinking about joining Amway, you should look this couple up, so they can sponsor you. You will be glad that you did.

In conclusion, this couple is a true credit to Amway and the entire network marketing industry. They are wonderful leaders, recruiters, trainers, motivators and entrepreneurs. They deserve the success they've achieved because they've helped so many others do what they've done.

If you have ever worked with Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors Morihiko and Seiko Kitakon personally, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us when you worked with them, what you learned from them, and how long you were involved in their downline. I look forward to hearing from you.

Johnson and Jennifer Tu Amway Taiwan Crown Ambassadors Plum Blossom

by Chuck
(MD)

Jennifer and Johnson Tu are Amway Taiwan Crown Ambassadors. They joined Amway in 1988 and quickly progressed to Diamond in about four years. It took them a total of 12 years to reach the status of Crown, sometime around the year 2000. Their upline Diamonds are Barry and Holly Chen.

They are affiliated with The Plum Blossom, a line of sponsorship (Amway Motivational Organization) within Amway that provides training, motivation and business support materials to its Amway distributors. This includes CDs, seminars, websites, toll free numbers and other business support materials. Jennifer and Johnson are active distributors who still travel the world speaking at conferences and seminars.

According to one internet report, they are the number #137 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. That's no small feat. With more than 1,000 different MLM Companies worldwide, and 50 million distributors globally, this is a significant accomplishment.

Their success is a direct result of their strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, discipline, and perseverance. They are dynamic leaders who understand how to recruit, motivate and train others. They are the ultimate Amway and network marketing success story.

What I find most exciting about this couple is that they built their Amway business before the invention of the internet. That means they prospected strangers, worked with friends and family, utilized the three-foot rule, and built their business with one-on-one presentations and in-home meetings. Simply put, they focused on "old school" MLM technqiues and achieved huge success.

If you have ever worked with Amway Taiwan Crown Ambassadors Johnson and Jennifer Tu, I would love to hear from you. Please tell us when you met them. How long were you involved in the business? What did you learn from them? How did they help you succeed? What do you remember most about them? Just leave a comment to this post to share your thoughts.

by Chuck
(MD)

Natalya Yena is a success story in the Amway business. She is a Founders Crown Ambassador in the Ukraine and a Crown Ambassador in Russia. She is associated with the Diamond Alliance Training System.

Diamond Alliance is an Amway Motivational Organization. It provides books, CDs, seminars, websites, toll free numbers, and other business support materials for its Amway distributors. The purpose of the group is to train and motivate its distributors, so they can build a successful Amway business.

I’m not sure when Natalya Yena joined the Amway business, but I do know that her upline Diamond is Katalin and Atilla Gidofalvi. They have since been terminated by Amway for a rules violation.

Her business is located mostly in Russia and the Ukraine, but she does have dowline distributors in other countries too. She built her business the old-fashioned way. She got started by sharing the products with friends, family-members and prospects. She did one-on-one presentations, in-home meetings and conference calls to grow her business.

She is one of the top distributors in all of Amway. She is a dynamic leader, speaker, trainer and motivator. Natalya Yena is a credit to Amway and the MLM Industry. If you have ever worked with her personally, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us how you met her, when you worked with her, and what you learned from her. Chan Koon Tin Amway Crown Ambassador & 3S Global Training System

by Chuck
(MD)

Chan Koon Tin was a legend in the Amway business. He joined Amway in 1978 and went Diamond in 1982. He ultimately achieved the level of Crown Ambassador.

His downline spans the globe and has more than 600 Diamonds in it. He has downline distributors in Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.

His upline diamond is Foo Howe Kean & Shu Chen. He participated in the 3S Global training system. 3S Global is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It provides training, motivation and business support materials for Amway distributors.

He grew his business by sharing the products and business opportunity with friends, family-members and casual acquaintances via in-home meetings, three-way calls, and one-on-one presentations. Whenever he sponsored someone new, he helped them get started right.

He was a very dynamic leader who helped many other people build large and profitable Amway businesses. He had exceptional leadership, communication, recruiting and motivational skills. He was the type of person you would want as a sponsor. Sadly, he passed away in March 2010.

If you ever worked with him while building your Amway business, I would love to hear your story. Please tell us how you met Chan Koon Tin, when you worked with him, and what you learned from him. Just leave a comment to this post.

Amway ILD Line of Sponsorship and Jack Daughtery

by Chuck
(Maryland)

ILD is a line of sponsorship within the Amway business. It was started in 1995 by Double Diamond Jack Daughtery. Currently, it is led by Executive Diamond David Humphrey.

ILD provides training and motivation to Amway distributors within its line of sponsorship. This includes books, tapes, websites, voice messaging, seminars and other business support materials. The "tools" and "system" is designed to teach distributors how to build a successful Amway business.

ILD does business in the United States primarily, but also has distributors in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to 1995, most of ILD Amway distributors participated in the World Wide Dream Builders line of sponsorship.

There are many successful Amway distributors in the ILD line of sponsorship. After doing some research, I found approximately 50+ Diamonds and higher that participate in the system. I'm not sure how many of those Diamonds are currently qualified Diamonds though.

If you search online, the only complaints you will find is about the "system." Many former and current ILD Amway distributors complain about the tool money, claiming that the Diamonds make most of their money from the tools, and not from Amway.

I don't discredit that. In fact, that's something to consider before you get involved with Amway. Just keep in mind that all Amway distributors follow some type of system, and that it will cost extra money, above and beyond your Amway product purchases. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide which "system" to use. On the other hand, you don't HAVE to use any system.

At this point in time, I'm trying to learn more about ILD. If you have a success story or are a former or current Amway distributor in the ILD line of sponsorship, please share your experiences with the rest of our community. To get started, just leave a comment to this post.

Soomboon & Manwiga Khunkhlai Amway Thailand Crown Ambassadors TOP4

by Chuck
(MD)

Soomboon and Manwiga Khunkhlai are Crown Ambassadors from Amway Thailand. They joined Amway in 1987. Within one year they reached the Ruby pin. They reached Diamond in June 1990 and finally hit Double Diamond, Triple Diamond and Crown Ambassador all in the same year (2003). That is very impressive.

They built their Amway business the old-fashioned way. They held in-home meetings and one-on-one presentations for friends and family members. They also prospected strangers by using the three-foot rule. As you can tell, they are great recruiters.

As they sponsored new distributors, they worked with them personally and helped them succeed. Over time, they built a huge organization that now spans the globe. According to one internet report, they are the # 160 income earners in the entire network marketing industry.

They are affiliated with the TOP4 line of sponsorship. TOP4 provides training, motivation and business support materials to help Amway distributors grow their business. TOP4 holds conferences and seminars, and sells business tools such as books, tapes, websites and CDs.

With so many Amway Horror Stories out there, it's nice to read about people who achieve success with Amway. One thing I really admire about this couple is that they rolled up their sleeves and did the work. Few distributors ever do that. They consistently prospected, found customers, showed the plan and built a team. When they faced obstacles, they pressed forward. And they made a lasting commitment to build their Amway business. As a result, they achieved monumental success.

If you have ever worked with Amway Thailand Soomboon and Manwiga Khunkhlai before, I would love to hear from you. Please tell the rest of our community (1) when you met them, (2) what you learned from them, (3) who your sponsor and upline Diamond were, and (4) how long you were involved with Amway. Just leave a comment below to share your thoughts.

Nanae & Seisuke Arima Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Nanae and Seisuke Arima are Amway Crown Ambassadors in Japan. They reached that pin level in 1996. I’m not sure which Amway Motivational Organization they participate in or who their upline Diamond is.

According to one online website, they are one of the top 400 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. I’m not sure if that’s true or not. In either case, they are in the top 100 earners in the Amway business, too.

When they first got involved with Amway, they grew their business by hosting in-home meetings and one-on-one presentations. As they sponsored new distributors, they helped them sponsor new distributors and find new customers. They simply repeated this process until they had a large group.

This couple is the eptiome of the network marketing industry. If you want to make it in this industry, you should model their work ethic and leadership. Simply put, they are an amazing MLM Success Story.

If you have ever worked with Amway Crown Ambassadors Nanae and Seisuke Arima, I would love to hear from you. I’m trying to find out when they joined the business, which line of sponsorship they participate in, who their upline Diamond is and whether or not they are still active in Amway. Any information would be helpful.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Luo Bin & Zheng Wei Liang Amway China Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Luo Bin and Zheng Wei Liang are Amway Crown Ambassadors in China. Their upline Diamonds are Zheng Yu Mei. They joined Amway many years ago and built their Amway business by sharing the products and business opportunity with their friends and family. Over the years, they have built a large downline throughout Asia. As of today, they are some of the most respected leaders in all of Amway.

According to a recent internet report, they are ranked as the # 175 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. That’s pretty impressive, considering there are more than 50 million people in this industry. As you can tell, they are dynamic leaders, trainers, recruiters, excellent motivators, and awesome mentors. They know how to build a large network marketing downline and sustain it for many years. That's something that very few people ever do.

I'm trying to find out more information about this couple, such as:

1) Are they still active in the business?

2) Have you ever met them before?

3) How big is their group?

4) What AMO do they participate in?

5) How many downline Diamonds do they have on their team?

6) What year did they join Amway?

If you have ever worked with Amway China Crown Ambassadors Luo Bin and Zheng Wi Liang, I would love to hear from you. Please share your personal story with the rest of our online community.

Mikio and Yuka Kaku Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Mikio and Yuka Kaku are Amway Crown Ambassadors from Japan. They reached that achievement level in 2008. They’ve been involved in the Amway business for many years (close to three decades now) and have developed a great reputation as leaders, motivators, recruiters and trainers.

Mikio and Yuka Kaku built their Amway business the old fashioned way, by talking with friends, strangers, and family members. They shared the products and business opportunity via in-home meetings, one-on-one meetings and three-way calls. From day one, they treated their business very seriously. They are still active in the business today.

I have no idea who their line of sponsorship is, but I do know that their upline Diamond is Takeshi and Hidemi Azumi. According to one internet report, they are some of the top earners in the entire network marketing industry, ranked # 147 of 400. They have a large downline, with tens of thousands of distributors, mostly in the Asian markets.

This couple is a true credit to Amway and the network marketing industry. Anyone that's achieved this level of success, and maintained it for so many years, definitely knows what they are doing. I credit their success to their work ethic, hard work, leadership and perseverance. This is the type of couple you would want as your sponsor.

If you have ever worked with Amway Japan Crown Ambassadors Mikio and Yuka Kaku, I would like to hear from you. Please share your experience working with the couple. Just leave a comment to this post to get started. Thanks.

Vira Arkhipova & Oleksiy Mautanov Amway Ukraine Founders Crown Ambassadors

by Chuck
(MD)

Vira Arkhipova and Oleksiy Mautanov are Founders Crown Ambassadors in Amway Ukraine. An Amway Founders Crown Ambassador is someone with 20 legs who qualify at the Silver level for all 12 months of the Amway fiscal year. In my opinion, that’s pretty impressive.

The couple participates in the Network 21 line of sponsorship, which provides motivation, training and business support materials to its Amway distributors. This includes seminars, conferences, websites, books, tapes, coaching and other business support materials.

According to several internet reports, they are included in the top 400 income earners in the entire network marketing industry. With more than 2,000 MLM Companies in business, that is no small feat!

When it comes to building a large Amway business, Vira Arkhipova and Oleksiy Mautanov know what they are doing. They are some of the top leaders in Amway and they have a downline that spans the globe. They are exceptional leaders, trainers, recruiters and motivators. If you are considering joining Amway, you should look for a successful sponsor, just like this couple. They can definitely help you succeed.

Their upline Diamonds are Double Diamonds Marek and Izabella Bujwiccy. If you have ever worked with them personally, please share your story by leaving a comment to this post. Tell us whatever you can about them, your experience in their downline, and the system. Thanks.
